We recently checked out Cognizant Technology Solutions, and honestly, we were pretty impressed.

Intrigued, we decided to do a little investigating, and we quickly discovered why they were so enthusiastic.
What blew us away was their commitment to being there for their clients, no matter what. They offer both onsite and remote support, so they can get you the help you need whether your business is located in the heart of the city or out in the suburbs.
Their standard response time is a mere four hours. If you’ve got a critical situation on your hands, they can be there in just one hour.
We were also impressed by their strong partnerships with industry giants like Microsoft and Amazon AWS. These partnerships allow them to offer customized cloud solutions, which are game-changers for businesses looking to embrace the power of the cloud.
But we believe in keeping it real, so we must acknowledge that we heard a few whispers about some management issues at ITswitch. It seems like things might be a bit disorganized behind the scenes, which is something to keep in mind.

We’re always fascinated by companies that carve out their own niche, and WilldooIT is definitely one of them.
They’ve established themselves as the go-to experts for Odoo ERP solutions in Melbourne. Plus, they’ve been at it since 2009, making them Australia’s first and most experienced Odoo partner.
We even found out that their reach extends far beyond Melbourne too. They have successful implementations across Australia, New Zealand, and even into Asia.
What struck us most about them is their deep understanding of specific industries. They’ve really honed their expertise in sectors like manufacturing, food distribution, and renewables distribution.
And here’s another interesting tidbit: WilldooIT is part of the PNORS Technology Group. This means they can offer a whole suite of integrated technology solutions, giving clients a single point of contact for all their IT needs.
That said, we did hear complaints from some clients who experienced slow response times when it came to support.
