We actually visited their showroom and had a good experience. The displays showed us that they have a great variety of stone materials for various household and commercial applications.
Service-wise, the quality was excellent, but it could use some improvement. The staff was accommodating and friendly, but didn’t give much information about the products.
We suggest giving customers a brief explanation so they can differentiate the qualities of each variety and make their decision easier.
However, this is just a minor drawback and won’t overshadow the service quality when it comes to the actual project.
We heard from past clients that the process here is as easy as counting to three. Everything is straightforward from measurement to installation.
One of them even shared that upon agreeing to the job, all it took was nearly two weeks to finish. That’s pretty impressive for a custom job if you ask me.
