Their showroom is available by appointment only, so I was able to get personalised attention from the staff who took the time to listen to my queries. I also appreciate that the place isn’t crowded with walk-in visitors, so I was able to roam around freely.
I found them very capable of creating a variety of styles. During the consultation, they told me that we can request any kind of door, even the unique ones, since they make every door handmade.
I also heard from previous customers that the Zen team is really reliable. While the doors take some time to arrive because they’re manufactured overseas, most clients said they were worth the wait.
All requirements (size, colour, glass, etc.) are met, and the team really come through within the agreed timeline.
